A video was posted on the Internet where a woman allegedly abused her dog. It turned out that the owner’s name was Brive-la-Gaillarde.

The incident occurred outside Cabanis High School this month. The video was broadcast on the social network and a quick call was made to the Latvian animal protection association to help the dog.
An investigation was conducted after which it turned out that the dog was regularly beaten and all this left bad traces. The dog does not know his outside world well and is constantly afraid of being hit.
The head of the association mentions that the dog had developed obsessive-compulsive disorder. The animal protection association had filed a complaint for mistreatment. The case is currently under investigation by the police and the public prosecutor’s office.
All this is unacceptable and the accused must receive the punishment he deserves. The abused dog was brought to a safe place throughout the procedure. Fortunately, it is now under the protection of the association.
