Ever since he was just a child, wildlife photographer Ajar Setiadi has taken an interest in everything surrounding the life of wild animals and reptiles that live very close to his home in Bogor, Indonesia.
This love for animals ended up inspiring him to become a great professional photographer of animal life.
Her camera for years has become her best friend and her way of expressing her love for wildlife. He has dedicated himself to documenting the unique snakes, frogs, lizards, birds and insects that he usually spends observing for long periods of time.
Of course, after spending so much time behind the lens of his camera, Ajar has developed a fabulous ability to capture small animals while they are living extraordinary emotional moments.

When it rains, Ajar enjoys watching the white tree frogs, taking refuge under the large leaves and extensive vegetation to protect himself from the water.
During the month of February, while outside during a storm, the photographer noticed that a small frog seemed to protect its companion from the rain in a sweet way while taking refuge under some flowers. He didn’t hesitate for a moment and took a picture of that special moment.

Recording these interactions under the lens requires a lot of patience, but Ajar believes it’s always worth the effort.
The wildlife photographer doesn’t mind hanging out in the rain if it means witnessing amazing moments of nature.
«I let [the animals] act. I’m just waiting for the best time.»
